Account And Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your The Curated Circle customer profile and related app data by emailing us from the address associated with your app profile.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email shopcuratedcircle@gmail.com from the email address used in The Curated Circle.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my Curated Circle account".
  3. Include your display name or profile code if you have one, so we can locate the correct profile.

What We Delete

We will delete or de-identify your customer profile, email address, display name, saved items, follows, likes, notification preferences, app messages, feedback, auction activity, giveaway entries, and related customer activity where deletion is allowed.

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, seller fulfillment records, or backup integrity. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
